I _love_ the photos and especially the clouds. Can you tell us what your days are like? Do you get to 'listen in' on the science types and learn a bit about what they do? How many are on the kitchen staff and what are you cooking? Is there a salad chef, a sous chef, etc, or does everybody do a bit of everything?
